At The Law Office of Angela Barker LLC, we prioritize transparency and efficiency in every step of our client’s divorce journey. Last month we looked at Intake; This month we will explore the significance of our Case Strategy Sessions.

At The Law Office of Angela Barker LLC, our Case Strategy Sessions are one-hour-long virtual consultations. We charge $300 for telephone and $350 for Video Conferences. The Case Strategy Sessions serve as an important point in your legal journey, providing you with an opportunity to discuss your case in-depth with Attorney Angela Barker. During the Case Strategy Session, the interactions between Attorney Barker and the potential client are characterized by a blend of professionalism, empathy, and strategic thinking. The goal of the case strategy session is to determine if we are right fit for your legal needs. In order to accomplish that goal, we will delve into the specifics of your legal matter, address any questions or concerns you may have, outline potential strategies moving forward, and discuss fees and costs.

Assessment of Strengths and Weaknesses:

Attorney Barker begins by encouraging the potential client to share their perspective as well as any other important and relevant information on the case. She listens attentively, taking note of their insights and concerns. Her goal is to ensure that the potential client feels heard and understood, laying the foundation for a strong attorney-client relationship.

Identifying Objectives:

Once there is an understanding of the case dynamics, Attorney Barker turns her attention to defining the potential client’s objectives. She asks probing questions to clarify the potential client’s goals and priorities. Whether the potential client seeks a favorable settlement, litigation, or risk mitigation, Angela emphasizes the importance of setting realistic expectations.
